Actually this is a basically linguistic institution which specializes on TOEFL and SAT and other types of standardization examinatons. The owner and the establisher of this organization is Chen Lei who is graduated from Oxford University, linguistic major. Think Town is a famed and trustworthy organization in Hangzhou. Due to the recent increasing demand of studying abroad, a considerable brand new market forms domestically. Tens of thousands of overseas students are pouring out of China annually. Mr.Chen caught the optimum timing and opportunity in 2009.

Now I'd like to introduce some details about ThinkTown. First of all, this organization serves majorly for TOEFL and SAT examinees who are planning to study abroad in the north America in the future. Personally, I have been studying in ThinkTown for more than a year since the grade ten. Well, Think Town is an school with considerable dimension. It has four major campuses in Hangzhou downtown and one in New York City. The main campus in located in Wensan Road in Hangzhou. It is right in downtown so that the transportation would not cause a problem. Noticeably, Wensan Campus has the most students since it is the first and biggest campus. There are all kinds of places around. Mc'Donald cantine is right downstairs. Snack shops and cafe can be easily found. And it only takes 10 minutes to take a bus to Wulin Square where is the most prosperous commercial and amusemental region in Hangzhou, just like the Time Square in NYC. In-time malls, Hangzhou Tower, West Lake Cultural Square and the first line of Hangzhou subway is right there. Even many students from other cities come to Wensan Campus, they usually rent a room in a nearby hotel, such as Holliday-In, Home Inn. The most convincing factor is no doubtly the best quality of education of ThinkTown. The studying is very systemastical. Lectures and practices are the only two parts that we need to do simultaneously. ThinkTown contains thousands of students every season for the huge potential of studying abroad. It has become a fanshion domestically to go out of our motherland for a better education. There are two major factors towards this phenomenon. First is the high eduction in China is relatively weak than the western's, especially people in China have much more confidence and trust on the U.S. university education. And the second factor goes for the personal wealth has been growing incrediably fast in recent years. According to the related statistics, there is a rate of choosing studying abroad higher than 23% in urban regions in China.

Under such an appealing demand, ThinkTown 's estblisher, Mr. Chen whose English name is Patric, caught the opportunity and came back to Hangzhou from Oxford University to start his business. For me, I really enjoyed having Mr. Chen's classes the most despite there are hundreds of very good instructors as well. He has his own unique method of teaching TOEFL or SAT. His classes were very active and full of laughter and pleasures. In my memory, I shared his lesson with other 34 students from various ages, some were in grade ten, some were in grade twelve and some of us had already attended into universities. Actually, there are many distinctive types of classes offered. Such as TOEFL basic class serves for those who have little foundation and carried a low score of TOEFL, TOEFL quality classes which contain usually more than 30 students, five best teachers instruct, TOEFL top class serves for those who have the willing to rush for 100 scores. Plus, SAT I and SAT II , AP courses are also available.

What is more compelling, ThinkTown also provides scholarships to us to stimulate to work harder. ThinkTown has output tens of students who have got 100+ in TOEFL exam and 2000+ in SAT exam. The biggest advantage of ThinkTown is the exitance of supervisors. Every new member of ThinkTown will receive a supervisor who helps you one to one. They have a very rigoruos system that assures the pupils do practices and go to classes on time. They need to check the daily assignment of every single student, such as the dictations, vocabulary memorization, on line classes watching, and the practice. Students have heavy courses which set up a solid foundation for them. We all have realized the bore of linguistic learning. People get lazy after repeating such dull daily routine, so that the exitance of a supervisor is very necessary especially for those playful boys and girls. To sum up, ThinkTown has been growing so rapidly that it has become the major opponent of New Oriental which is the most well-known linguistic school across China for its nice fame and positive imprssion.
