Eleftheria (Citizens Initiative) is a non-partisan political pressure group in Cyprus . Founded in June 2012 the group seeks to promote and maintain a genuine public discourse and critical thinking within the Cypriot political scene, to intervene into issues which concern the Cypriot society and to promote new ideas

History

I was founded in June 2012 ^[1] by group of 22 concerned citizens.It gained public prominence after it released a detailed economic proposal called ″food for thought and action for the economy″^[2] in september 2012, which outlined ways to tackle the problems of the looming cris
