Viktoriia Viktorivna Voronina (Ukrainian: Вікторія Вікторівна Вороніна; born on July 13, 1988, Putyvl, Ukrainian SSR) is Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine[1] (since February 20, 2019). Before the appointment to this position, she was the Chief of Minister's Cabinet at the same Ministry[2].

Childhood
Born on July 13, 1988, in Putyvl, Sumy oblast.
Graduated with honors from the secondary school №2 in 2003.
In 2003-2007 she studied at and graduated with honors from the Putyvl Pedagogical College named after S.V. Rudnev, and was qualified as a “Teacher of Elementary School, Teacher of English in Elementary Schoool”. She received twice a scholarship from the President of Ukraine, and a scholarship named after S.V. Rudnev. Over a period of studies she was a member of the study and science commission, a permanent participant in scientific conferences, academic competitions, contests, won the Olympiad in history.
Education
In 2007-2012 she studied at and graduated with honors from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University specializing in “Jurisprudence”, was qualified as a "Lawyer" and received a Master's degree.
Civil Service
September 2012 - September 2015 - worked as an auditor and lawyer in the tax service system (Kyiv).
Since September 2015 she has worked in the structure of the State Agency for Donbas Recovery, which in 2016 was reorganized into the Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs, at the following positions:
- Chief Specialist of the Legal Department;
- Head of the Сontrol Unit;
- Head of the Division for the preparation, selection and implementation of projects and programmes of the Department for attracting funds from extrabudgetary sources;
- Head of the Donor and MFO Interaction Division - Deputy Head of the Department for International Cooperation, Projects and Programs;
- Chief of the Cabinet of the Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs of Ukraine;
In 2018, she received the Note of thanks as a promotional award from the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Appointed to the position of the Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs of Ukraine by the Order of the Cabinet of ministers of Ukraine dated February 20, 2019.
