I Not Stupid (Chinese: 小孩不笨; pinyin: Xiǎohái Bù Bèn; lit. 'The Children Are Not Stupid'), a Singaporean comedy film about the lives, struggles, and adventures of three Primary 6 pupils who are placed in the academically inferior EM3 stream, was filmed at Braddell Westlake Secondary School and Westlake Primary School over a period of 24 days,[1].

Under Singapore's Government's vision of “Thinking Schools, Learning Nation” for Singapore’s education in the 21st Century, the Ministry of Education launched in 1999 a major Programme for Rebuilding and IMproving Existing schools (PRIME). The school was merged with Braddell Pr, San Shan Pr and First Toa Payoh Pr in Jan 2002. The name of the merged school is First Toa Payoh Pr. The merged school is functioning at the new school built at Toa Payoh Lor 8.

It was announced in August 2012 that Raffles Girls' School (Secondary) will move to a new campus, which will be built on the site of the former Braddell-Westlake Secondary School[2].
