Pronamic is a danish producer of sensors for OEM customers worldwide. The company has since foundation in 1984 only been concentrating on rain gauges. This focus has led to a large know-how regarding rain measurement. Since 2003 Pronamic has changed its focus from the consumer market towards the market for professionals.
During the rising change in climatic conditions worldwide the need for measuring rain has increased. As a consequence of this Pronamic has expanded the product range to meet these challenges.
The product range is built around unique patented self-emptying single tipping bucket. It is one of the most accurate measuring instruments in the market.
All products are made in molded modified high impact polystyrene also known as Styrosun which is a highly weather-resistant polymer that reduces breakdown and discoloration. The use of Styrosun furthermore gives the advantage of full customization of the rain gauges. As an example the gauges can be delivered in unique colors, with unique logos, mounting brackets and cable connections.
