Process as a Healer

[edit]

Hunter is a Healer of Mohawk descent who uses new world and old world healing approaches (energy work, intuitive guidance, ceremony, and sound healing.) A typical session with Hunter begins with the client telling their story.[5] Storytelling is one of our deepest emotional and spiritual needs as human beings. Hunter uses his intuitive abilities to assist a client to explore the dark corners of their awareness. With awareness comes choice, and with choice comes change. Hunter uses Honor songs from his Mohawk heritage to acknowledge the struggle and unrecognized gifts of each client. Trapped stories called blocks require emotional expression to release them fully. Hunter offers hands-on energy work to clients to help the body release the story it no longer needs.[6]

Singer

[edit]

Hunter has performed at the New Mexico Expo, the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, at Cornell University, and on the Good Day NY News program.[7] In his teens, he was invited to sing in a Native drum group called the White Pine Singers at Cornell University. Later trained as an Intertribal sacred singer, he shares Native American healing songs in talks, workshops and sessions as documented on his CD album titled, “Haven”. YEAR XXX[8][9]

BlueStone Institute

[edit]

Hunter founded BlueStone Institute[12], a school to train healers in the healing arts in New York City in 19XX. The Curriculum focuses on the development of intuitive abilities, hands on energy healing methods, as well as Expressive Art Therapy approaches developed by Arie Kupferwasser, ATR. [13][14]

Bloodline Healing

[edit]

Hunter developed the Bloodline Healing Approach[15][16], in 20xx which is a form of ancestral healing that directly addresses Historical Trauma that has been passed down through the generations.[17][18][19] His work focuses on healing the effects of catastrophes from the Holocaust, historical wounding of Native American Communities, and even older events carried by people of European descent. [20][21][22] Through Bloodline Healing, participants can reclaim their mana and rejuvenate themselves.[23][24] The theme of Bloodline Healing is "Be the Free Member of Your Family."[25]

The Invisible Burden

[edit]

Hunter's memoir, The Invisible Burden, demonstrates how his Bloodline Healing approach cleanses generational patterns using ceremonial contact with ancestors. The Bloodline Healing Method has shown promising results for resolving historical trauma in such clients as Jewish Holocaust Survivors, Native Americans, the homeless, veterans, physicians, actors, and high-powered entrepreneurs from all cultures.
