Heart is the latest EP release by Canadian singer-songwriter Alexz Johnson. As an album-sampler, it was released worldwide as an exclusive download to pledgers of her PledgeMusic campaign on 28 January 2014. The EP is a sampler of Johnson's upcoming second studio album, due for release sometime in 2014.

Fortitude magazine praised, "If you're a fan of soulful pop divas both old and new, then this is definitely an EP you should check out as it's sure to touch your own heart." They continued to state that with a title such as Heart "you have to expect huge personal songs full of passion and truth."[1] The Oswegonian felt that Heart shared "inflections with pop, country, blues and gospel genres. And perhaps with these new ventures, the 27-year-old will be able to gain a little recognition."[2] They further called the release "classic, yet original."
