Answers to Module 7 Questions

[edit]
Shoal Bay, New South Wales

The media I have created is a photograph from my holiday at Nelson Bay. It is my own work, and the picture is in the form of a .jpg file. For this image, I have chosen a public domain license. I will add it to the 'Beach', 'Shoal Bay, New South Wales' and 'Australia' categories and describe it as 'Scenic beach views at Shoal Bay'.

Being a renowned professor of biology at Villanova University as well as an active author ( with an h-index of 60 displaying his productivity and citation- impact) specialising in Reptilia and geckos, Aaron Bauer’s work on the 1986 book ‘Systematics, biogeography and evolutionary morphology of the Carphodactylini (reptilia: gekkonidae)’[1] provides a high level of credibility and authority.

Notable biology professor Aaron Bauer has collaborated with fellow professor from Villanova University, Todd Jackman, as well as Australian and New Zealand herpetologists Ross A. Sadlier and Anthony H. Whitaker respectively to create the definitive ‘Review and phylogeny of the New Caledonian diplodactylid gekkotan genus Eurydactylodes Wermuth, 1965, with the description of a new species’ [2] in 1994 which displays great credibility and authority.

Awarded the Whitley Certificate for Best Faunal Review in 1993, the book series ‘Fauna of Australia’ [3] is an expansive and detailed recount of Australian wildlife edited by Christopher Glasby, Graham Ross and Pamela Beesley in 1993.
