Andraz Castle (German: Burg Andraz, Schloss Andraz, Italian: Castello di Andraz, Ladin: Ciastel da Andrać), also known as Buchenstein Castle (German: Schloss Buchenstein, Italian: Castello Buchenstein), is a ruined castle located in the Dolomites, south of the Falzarego Pass in Livinallongo del Col di Lana, Belluno Province, Italy.

History

Andraz Castle was built around 1027 in order to protect the "Iron Road", on which high-quality iron ore was transported from nearby mines.
