Lukaya[edit]

Lukaya is a town council found in Kalungu District.Kalungu District was created in the year 2010. The 1st MP came from this town council and was purely elected by people.Lukaya as a town council is highly developing ever since was named a town council and sincerely the board of governors are trying to ask for the Municipality of this town due to its fastest growth. This town is lively and supports different Economicians such as Bbemba,Hajji lutaya and so many more in that category.
