The British Scientific Awards is one of the Prestigious Awards for Technology Schools. Fortius Academy London celebrates the very best innovations in science, engineering and technology through the International Academy Awards. The 21 categories span the breadth of the Fortius Universitas’s remit and are judged by a panel of experts in their field. The finalists are honoured during the Gala Banquet, with an extensive media coverage and Fortius Academy Fellowships.

Originally the Fortius Academy's Innovation in Engineering, the first of what we now know as the Innovator Awards took place in 2009 as part of the Fortius Universitas’s series of international events on Innovation in Engineering.

Recognising the depth and breadth of innovative work across all areas of engineering and technology, at all stages of development, the Fortius Universitas Innovation Awards now span 21 categories. These include electronics, IT and mechanics and are judged by a panel of more than 120 esteemed industry and academic experts.

The awards aim to be as inclusive as possible and are only open to the Nominated Universities, Companies or Organisations across 76 Nations. The range of categories are chosen to reflect the breath of engineering and technology and are reviewed every year to ensure that they are kept up to date.

Now attracting over 2,00,000 entries the British Scientific Awards has grown in size and prestige in the engineering and technology community.
