I'm Nicole Wheeler, a postdoc at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, UK. My current work looks at measuring the functional significance of protein sequence variation, and using this to study the evolution of pathogenicity in bacteria. I'm interested in using Wikipedia to learn more about key concepts in my field.
