This is a template used in my sandbox for showing that the page is a sandbox page and not the main article. Feel free to use it yourself, just add the tag {{User:Matthuxtable/sandbox/Template:Sandbox-page}} to the beginning of your sandbox article.

You can also specify a parameter, which will add a line "Please see (Main Article link) for the main article and to make any changes." if the main article in Wikipedia already exists.
