Chord Board is a slide rule that displays the notes necessary to form or transpose chords in music.

Created on the island of Oahu, Hawaii and registered in 1979 by Martin H. Samuel, the Chord Board was printed by Datalizer of Addison, IL and became a popular means of reference for musicians, singers, songwriters, choirs, composers and arrangers. It is also a convenient teaching/learning tool used by teachers and students of music.

Pierre Bernard, of Houdah Software in Luxembourg, programmed and published the Chord Board[2] iPhone and iPod Touch App. in 2010.
