UBCO Housing

The UBC Okanagan campus which resides in Kelowna currently has 11 different student housing which includes, Upper Cascades, Cassiar, Monashee, Valhalla, Similkameen, Lower Cascades, Kalamalka, Nicola, Skeena, Purcell, and Nechako. [1]Housings such as Cassiar, Kalamalka, Nicola, Purcell, Valhalla, Skeena, and Nechako offers single-connected rooms.[2] Lower and Upper Cascasdes are townhouse style residences.[3] Similkameen Place only offers single rooms and shared bathrooms on each floor.[4] Monashee offers three types of rooms which are studio, one bedroom, and four bedroom. [5]Mandatory meal plan is required in single-connected style residence and Similkameen place.

Nechako

The UBCO's newest building features 220 winter session residence beds, a 500-seat dining hall, a convenience store, commons block, study space, Student Housing front desk, as well as other campus amenities. Located north of the University Centre Building and Plaza, at the south end of the Commons Field.[6]
