The 2011 Norwegian Football Cup was the 106th season of the Norwegian annual knockout football tournament. 275 clubs were participated in the competition, with all clubs below the top three tiers in the Norwegian football league system entering the tournament at this stage. The 49 victorious teams from the Second Round Qualifying will progress to the First Round Proper.

196 teams competed in the First Round Qualifying. The matches were scheduled to 6 April 2011, but the teams could agree to play the match earlier if wanted.[2]

2. kvalifiseringsrunde

Det er 98 lag i andre kvalifiseringsrunde. Vinnende lag i hver kamp avanserer til den første offisielle runden. Kampene skulle i utgangspunktet spilles 13. april kl. 18.00, men kunne imidlertid avvikles på et tidligere tidspunkt dersom klubbene ble enige om det. Det ble derfor spilt kamper fra 11.–13. april. Stjørdals-Blink og Alvdal fikk "walk over" denne runden, grunnet Manglerud Star Toppfotballs konkurs.[3]
