NetworkGlobal Companies (NGC) is an online media company founded in 2007 by American Journalist, entrepreneur, and former executive producer of UN Webcast Gunnar Larson. Network Global is comprised of 9 channels including Broadway.tv, Red Carpet Network, Virtu Football, OZstralia.tv, Foods.tv, HD1.tv, NetworkGlobal Broadcasting News, BodyArchitect.tv, and Canine Caviar of Manhattan. While the company’s numerous channels feature nationwide and global coverage, NGC primarily covers stories out of its headquarters in New York City and Los Angeles. As of 2012, NetworkGlobal was reported to have over 25 million video streams a month.

Current Channels

Broadway.tv Broadway.tv covers Broadway plays and musicals in New York City.

In addition to being able to purchase tickets, the site also features previews and exclusive interviews with many of the show’s actors and performers in 2009, the site made history, becoming the first to stream the Tony Awards Nominations and the Tony Awards Winners Room live on the Internet. 

In 2012, Broadway.tv began expanding its coverage to the U.K., covering London’s West End productions.

NetworkGlobal Broadcasting News (NGB.tv) NGB.tv profiles global newsmakers and issues affecting the global community. Its features include senior U.S. and international officials along with leaders of global organizations, including General Ban ki Moon, the secretary-general of the United Nations. In 2012, NGB produced the first-ever official live video stream of the 2010 UN General Assembly meeting of world leaders to iPhone and iPad devices globally.

Red Carpet Network RCN.tv covers red carpet movie premieres and events in New York City, Los Angeles, London and Paris. The site has held exclusive interviews with Scarlett Johansson, James Franco, Jeff Bridges, Barbra Walters, Martha Stewart, Elton John, Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman, James Earl Jones, Matt Damon, Morgan Freeman, Samuel L. Jackson, and William Shatner among many others. In 2011, RCN was accredited press for bothat the Cannes Film Festival and The Golden Globes

HD1.tv A sister channel to Red Carpet Network, HD1.tv focuses on film previews and exclusives.

OZtralia.tv

Oztralia.tv serves as the first exclusive media and tourism online media channel in Australia, covering all of Australia’s top travel destinations.

Foods.tv

Foods.tv features interviews with chefs and food experts around the world. The site also features informative interviews with doctors who provide step-by-step guides and health advice on how to achieve a healthy diet.

Football.tv

Football.tv features NetworkGlobal’s founder Gunnar Larson’s Virtu workout and athletic line. Launched in 2009, The Shop at Equinox, was the first to carry Virtu. Today, the clothing line has its own store in Herald Square and continues to manufacture all of its goods in the heart of Manhattan.

Canine Caviar

Last year, Larson contacted Jeff Baker, creator of Canine Caviar [12], the all-natural, holistic pet foods. While the company sold through veterinarians, in boutiques, and online, it had yet to expand into its own, fully branded retail presence. In 2010 when a coveted retail location, adjacent to the entrance of Whole Foods Market at New York’s Time Warner Center opened up, Larson added Canine Caviar, www.ccny.tv, as the newest member of the NetworkGlobal companies..

BodyArchitect.tv presents viewers with a holistic approach to building mental and physical health and fitness.

Philanthropy In 2012 NetworkGlobal announced what will become Australia’s most prestigious journalism scholarship program: a full-tuition to CEO Gunnar Larson’s alma mater, Bond University.
