Matthew James (Johncox) Matthew James born Matthew James Johncox is an American Hiphop artist from New York. Growing up in a country setting in Upstate NY and being a hiphop artist is not a common thing for many people. Even With affiliations to a lot of the top industry people like B.Rich from Grand Hustle and DJ Green Lantern from Team Invasion, Matthew James is still an Unsigned Independent artist. That has not shorted James from achieving a basis for stardom. With two national tours, a mixtape going bronze on Datpiff and countless name brand magazine articles, James is nothing short of a National Recording artist who is doing this all on his own.
