Wolfgang Wippermann is German historian from Free University of Berlin. He holds the rank of professor and specialises in history of fascism, antisemitism and persecution of ethnic minorities under Nazi regime, especially Sinti and Roma. He held guest professorships at Indiana University, the University of Minnesota, and Duke University
