Vitamini is musical physics-based puzzle game created by an independent game developer Evgeny Homchenko from Russia. He created this game for PSP (PlayStation Portable) in 2006 but in the end the game was released on December 01, 2009 for Windows due to disagreement with Sony.

Gameplay[edit]

In Vitamini, game cubes fall down from the top like in Tetris but then bounce back in respect to laws of physics, also synthesizing sounds in synchronization with music like in Lumines.

Game modes[edit]

Cubes: Collide three cubes of the same color to remove them

Chains: Connect two and more cubes of one color into chains. Upon reaching certain length a chain is removed.

Shapes: Swap cubes from one shape to another to collect shapes that contain cubes of the same color.

Becoming indie[edit]

On October 15 Evgeny Homchenko posted this statement on his blog: "I’m free. I’ll never, never ever work with today’s Sony or Nintendo. You can sell software directly to your customers. No paperwork, no devkits, no rules “How you must use our logo”.[1] The post was titled as "Forgiveness for all". Soon after becoming free Vitamini Game was released on PC for Windows as an indie game.
