Adam Block (born January 1973) is an American astronomer and astrophotographer. As a popularizer of astronomy he developed the public observing programs at National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO) Kitt Peak National Observatory (KPNO) from 1996-2005. He now manages the public astronomy programs for the University of Arizona at the Mount Lemmon SkyCenter. In addition to public speaking he is recognized as one of the world's most prolific and leading ^[1] astrophotographers
