(Ortex International Pty Ltd) is an Australian based company that started in Canberra, ACT. The Ortex name comes from "Orders by Telex" as the company started fulfilling small parts orders telex'd by customers.
Ortex made use of the Western Digital Pascal Microengine product to support an computer assisted records management system written in Pascal known as CARMS.
