Raised in December 1942 in Caprino Veronese by the 6th Alpini Regiment mobilization center; assigned to 4th Army and sent to France; disbanded in September 1943.

Raised in December 1942 in Monza by the 11th Alpini Regiment depot; assigned to 223rd Coastal Division and sent to France; returned to Italy in late August 1943 and was disbanded in September 1943 the Province of Cuneo.

167th Coastal Alpini Regiment[edit]

Raised in December 1942 by the 7th Alpini Regiment depot; assigned to 58th Infantry Division "Legnano" and sent to France; division moved to Southern Italy and regiment remained in France, where it was disbanded in September 1943.

168th Coastal Alpini Regiment[edit]

Raised in December 1942 by the 8th Alpini Regiment mobilization center; assigned to 48th Infantry Division "Taro" and sent to France; disbanded in September 1943.

175th Mobile Territorial Alpini Regiment[edit]

  • joined the regiment in Corsica:
    • 21st Alpini Battalion "Monte Mercantour" (verde, was: XXI Replacements Battalion/ 1st Alpini Regiment, companies: 701, 702, 703)
    • 22nd Alpini Battalion "Monte Granero" (bianca, was: XXII Replacements Battalion/ 3rd Alpini Regiment, companies: 704, 705, 706, attached to 44th Infantry Division Cremona
    • 531st Mobile Territorial Alpini Battalion "Monte Baldo" (rossa, 6th Alpini Regiment depot - attached to Ajaccio Harbor Defense)

Raised in 26 February 1943 in Aosta by the 4th Alpini Regiment depot; sent to Corsica in April 1943, assigned to VII Army Corps. Fought the Germans after 8 September 1943.

176th Mobile Territorial Alpini Regiment[edit]

  • 176th Mobile Territorial Alpini Regiment
    • 522nd Mobile Territorial Alpini Battalion "Monte Adamello" (verde, 5th Alpini Regiment depot)
    • 523rd Mobile Territorial Alpini Battalion "Monte Antelao" (rossa, 7th Alpini Regiment depot)
    • 524th Mobile Territorial Alpini Battalion "Monte Nero" (verde, 9th Alpini Regiment depot, remained active after 8 September 1943)

Raised in 1 February 1943 by the 9th Alpini Regiment mobilization center; assigned to 8th Army and operated in Rijeka, Gorizia, Trieste; disbanded in September 1943.
