Lambert Ranch is a gated neighborhood of Irvine, California, located between Portola Parkway, California State Route 241 and California State Route 133. Lambert Ranch was developed by The New Home Company and opened in March 2012 for previews, with the first homes released for sale in May 2012 and the first move-ins in October 2012. The community is to have a total of 169 homes at build-out.

Construction of Lambert Ranch was started in May, 2011. Model homes opened in April, 2012.
