I hope this letter finds you in good health. It should please you to hear that my passion for writing has not dimmed over these arduous years as I work towards the completion of my degree at university. The flame of creativity still burns within my heart of hearts, and I remain steadfast on my journey to the life of a professional author. But alas, it seems that the days grow longer for this lover of English, as society grows evermore detached from the ideals of academia. My only solace in these dark times is the knowledge that out among the masses content with their ignorance, there are those like you, dedicated to the preservation of knowledge. Knowing that there are kindred spirits in the world, waiting to be met and learned from, fills me with hope.
Thank you kind friend,
Sincerely and with much love,
Danny
