Bradford Billet is the Deputy Commissioner and Chief Operating/Administrative Officer in the New York City Mayor's Commission for the United Nations, Consular Corps and Protocol; through his holding this position, Mr. Billet is responsible for diplomatic and consular, legal, intergoverntmental and public affairs for UNCCP. Bradford Billet has been recognized as an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth II for his work in the wake of the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks, which included identification of victims and missing persons.[3] [4]
