The 2012–13 season of the Ekstraliga was the 38th season of Polands's premier women's football league. The season began on 18 August 2012 and ended on 12 May 2013. The title was won again by Unia Racibórz for the fifth time.

Pogoń Szczecin Woman decided to withdraw from the league after 10th matchday, sparing GOSiRKi Piaseczno relegation.

The teams promoted from the previous season's I Liga were AZS UJ Kraków as winners of the Southern division and GOSiRKi Piaseczno as winners of the Northern division.
