Patrick Carter, of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada was born in 1990. He continues to live an interesting life with no boundaries or barriers. Currently, his life consists of attending High School at St. Patrick's High School. One day, he aspires to become a game developer and perhaps attain much money and complete the american dream. Pat, as many call him for short, enjoys spending his free time with friends and playing sports such as ball hockey.
