Marco Paul Lorenzo (born 1st of June 1982) is an Italian former professional footballer who played as a striker. Known for his pace and shooting ability, he is widely considered one of the best of his generation.
Club Career.
Lorenzo began his career in 1999, joining French club PSG for free from the Napoli academy, where he scored 72 goals in 97 games. In his first season for the Parisians, Marco Lorenzo made his debut on the 14th of November from the bench in a 2-0 victory against Lyon, coming on for Michael Wallace on the 76th minute. He scored his first goal on the 27th of January in a 7-3 victory over Clermont-Ferrand in the French Club.
