Philip Roger Luoma Anderson (born March 1, 1967 in Cambridge, Minnesota) is an educator and photographer. He holds a BS in International Business from Moorhead State University and an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language from Saint Cloud State University.
His work has been shown in The Center for Fine Art Photography, Denver International Airport, the Plains Art Museum, and the Duluth Art Institute, among others.
