The 'Mangal das Garças Nature Park (Parque Naturalístico Mangal das Garça, "Mangrove of Egrets Zoological Park") is an ecological park in Belém, Pará, Brazil.

It is located on the Guajará Bay, at the confluence of the Guamá and Acará rivers in the heart of the historic center of Belém do Pará.

It was inaugurated by Governor Simão Jatene on January 12, 2005 in commemoration of the 389th foundation of the city of Belém.

It sits on unused land donated by the Brazilian Navy.

It is located around the Marine Arsenal of the 4th Navel District of the Brazilian Navy.

The park was conceived by the architect and then-Secretary of Culture Paulo Chaves. It was designed by Chaves, researchers, architects, and engineers from around Brazil. The biologists Luiz Emygdio de Mello Filho and the the landscape architect Rosa Kliass contributed to the project. Chaves stated in 2009 that the park "will only be ready in 15 or 20 years."

It is the property of State of Pará.

The park is located directly south of the fort Presepio, the site of the initial Portuguese settlement of Belém, and is a component of the CHM.

It covers 40,000 square metres (430,000 sq ft) and is the result of the revitalization of the Amazonian environment in the heart of the capital of Pará state. 36,070 square metres (388,300 sq ft) of the park consists of open spaces.

The park has floodplain forests, animal species, and more than three hundred species of native trees.

The park has different floristic macro-regions of the State, that is, lagooons, the terra firme forests, floodplain forests, fields.

The park prominently features the "aninga" (Montrichardia linifera), an aquatic plan of the Amazon region.

• The Lago do Cavernam and Lago da Ponto, two lagoons
• Caruanas Fountain
• The Nursery of the Aningas, an aviary
• The Butterfly Center, formally the José Márcio Ayres Reserve, 1,400 square metres (15,000 sq ft), the first of its kind in the North region and considered the largest in Brazil
• The Orquidiário, a plant Nursery
• Armazém do Tempo, a metal pavilion of thee defunct Empresa de Navegação da Amazônia (ENASA)
• The Belém Lighthouse, 47 metres (154 ft) high, with two observation platforms
• The Amazon Navigation Memorial, a small museum
• A restaurant with a pier and gazebo
