Fashion 70s has returned...
Remember the bell bottoms on the pants in the 70s, there was lots of material for that wave look that brushed the top of your shoes as you took each step and the bell bottom would fold in on the back step and the front would pop on forward step. Over the years the wave became smaller and smaller to where you were limited to what size you could by based on your foot size to squeeze in. After the frustrating exercise a lot of pant makers are returning to the larger bell to eliminate that. Not everybody has a size 5 foot and a pant cuff 5 inches wide.
Welcome back to the slightly smaller pant cuff but all the same as it is returning back to the wider bell. Just enough to show the new fancy foot hardware for all styles of shoes, boots and sandals.
