Bolo de milho (corn cake in English), also known as bolo de fubá, is a type of cake made of corn. It can be made with either creamed corn or with a type of corn flour called fubá. It is a traditional dish in Brazilian cuisine.

The proportions and types of the ingredients may vary, but the most common ingredients are corn, wheat flour, margarine, eggs, sugar, yeast, and milk. Vegan versions exist as well.

Its yellowish color is due to the carotenoids present in corn, specifically beta carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin.

Although it is eaten all year round, it is traditionally associated with Brazilian Midsummer festivals, due to the fact that Midsummer festivals coincide with the peak of the corn harvest.
