HOURCAR is a carsharing program operating in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area since 2005[1]. The HOURCAR service allows members to take pre-scheduled trips that begin and end at a station. Since 2021, the organization has also operated the Evie Carshare program, allowing members to use a fleet of electric vehicles for trips that can start and end anywhere inside the service area, rather than a dedicated station.
