Pedersen & Partners is a retained executive search firm specializing on the recruitment of senior managers in Central and Eastern Europe with headquarters in Czech Republic. The company is operates 44 wholly owned offices in 41 countries. Pedersen & Partners started with the offices in Prague and Warsaw in January of 2001. In 2002 the firm opened its first office in Moscow, Russia and in 2005 – an office in St. Petersburg, Russia. The first office in the Baltic states, in Riga, Latvia was opened in 2004. In 2006 Pedersen & Partners opened its office in Baku, Azerbaijan and in 2007 – in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Since 2003 Pedersen & Partners in cooperation with Enterprise Investors has been operating a private equity club “MBI MBO Club” in Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, the Baltics and Ukraine.

On July 1, 2011 - Pedersen & Partners has established the 41th office in the United Kingdom.
