Delmar International ... Delmar International is a wholly owned Canadian Corporation founded in 1965 by Harrison Cutler of Montreal, QC. His eldest son Robert H. Cutler serves as President and CEO, his youngest son Paul M. Cutler, along with Michael Wagen serve as Directors and Vice Presidents. The company was originally established as a Canadian customs broker and has evolved over the years into a Canadian based multi-national logistics service provider operating 35 branches in Canada, the US, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam and Brazil. Delmar provides customs brokerage, international freight forwarding (air and sea) and ground services. Delmar participates in border security initiatives in both Canada and the Unites States. The company supports C-TPAT, which is a voluntary government-initiative in the U.S. The Canadian equivalent is Partners in Protection (PIP). Delmar is a member of the World Cargo Alliance, the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA), the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers (CSBC). Delmar has approximately 1000 employees and corporate headquarters are located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada
