Fried Dumpling[edit]

Fried dumpling is a kind of Chinese National Food that is made of flour and meat filling. It looks like dumpling, but it is fried, not boll. It is nutrient-rich, including protein, carbohydrate and vitamin etc.

There is a story about fired dumpling. It was said that Empress Dowager Cixi loved to eat dumpling so much, but once the dumpling cooling, she was not willing to eat. Therefore, the Imperial Room had to cook dumpling uninterruptedly. Frying the cooled dumpling, the Imperial Room consumed the extra dumpling by them. Once smiling a special fragrance, Cixi found that the fired dumping was much more nice than the boiled one.

Means Of Making Fried Dumpling[edit]

Procedure 1

Ingredients: 150 g pork, 200 g wheat flour, 200 G green onion, one ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine. Cite error: The <ref> tag has too many names (see the help page). (Note: ingredients listed above can be used according to personal tests.)

Preparation: wash and clean the green onion and ginger, and chop them into pieces, placing them in to different plates. Cite error: The <ref> tag has too many names (see the help page).

Step 1: pour the flour into a small basin. Then add 5 g salt in and stir it as well as possible. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and add small amount of water gradually. Stop adding water until flour forms pieces. Churn them up with adding some more water. Stir by hand and smooth it out. Put it into the basin to be fermented.

Step 2: cut up the pork and place it in a basin. Add cooking wine, salt, green onion and ginger in (adding them according to personal tests). Stir them well.

Step 3: place the flour paste on the board. Rub it by hand. Separate it to small part. Press the small part into small ball. Roll them with a rolling pin. Flour will become circle-like, and place the filling in the center of flour. Fold them and pinch flour on the two outer sides. Repeat what mentioned above to make more dumplings,

Step 4: brush a thin layer of oil on the pan, and place the dumplings in the pan. Add some water on the surface of the dumplings, and cover to steam for 10 minutes. Do what mention above again. Cover to steam for 5 minutes. The dumplings will turn golden yellow.

Step 5: place the dumplings into plates, and help yourselves.


Procedure 2

Preparation: 945 ml edible oil, one green onion, 20g ginger, 500g Chinese cabbage, 20g peasecod, 170g crab meat, 224g cream cheese, 15ml soy sauce and 390g wonton wrapper. [1]

step 1 brush a thin layer of edible oil on the pan and heat the edible oil to 190 centigrade.

Step 2 Add 5ml oil in to the pan. Add green onion and ginger in and stir-fry for 2miniutes. Then add Chinese cabbage and peasecod in for 5 minutes.

Step 3 Place coked vegetables in a basin, and add crabmeat, cream cheese soy sauce in. Stir them well.

Step4 Place moderate stuffing in middle of each wrapper. And fold wrapper to a triangle. Press the side of wrapper.

Step5 brush a thin layer of oil on the pan, and place the dumplings in the pan. Add some water on the surface of the dumplings, and cover to steam for 10 minutes. Do what mention above again. Cover to steam for 5 minutes. The dumplings will turn golden yellow.

Procedure 3

Preparation: 250g wonton wrapper, 150g Chinese chives, 15g dried small shrimps, two eggs, 10g salt and 20g ginger.

Step1 Wash Chinese chives and dried small shrimps well. And cut them up.

Step 2 Brush a thin layer of oil on the plan, and heat to 190 centigrade.

Step 3 Add all things made in step1, ginger and salt in. stir-fry them well.

Step 4 Place stuffing in a basin.

Step 5 Place moderate stuffing in middle of each wrapper. Fold the wrapper to cylinder, and seal two sides.

Step 6 brush a thin layer of oil on the pan, and place the dumplings in the pan. Add some water on the surface of the dumplings, and cover to steam for 10 minutes. Do what mention above again. Cover to steam for 5 minutes. The dumplings will turn golden yellow.


Dipping sauce[edit]

sauce was origin from ancient China. The main raw materials are beans, wheatmeal and fruits.

Eating fried dumpling with dipping sauce makes people feel better.

Dipping sauce 1 8ml soy sauce, 3ml vinegar, 1ml sesame oil, 2g-minced garlic and 1g paprika. Mix them up.
