Rhys The Rocketeer

Rhys the rocketeer is a well know rocket enthusiast and is head of The Dream Duo Space Program. He is also responsible for the creation of the kookaburra rocket series. Rhys was born in Sydney Australia and has been featured on TV on multiple occasions for his work in rocketry. One example was on the 25th of June 2015 when he was interviewed by channel 7 Australia. He has also made an appearance on SBS for his work in science and technology. Rhys also has his own youtube channel and website which he uses to display his work. Rhys has also made many appearances at Schools for open days to display there science department giving speeches on how you don't have to be smart or have a degree to achieve in the science world. Rhys has been working with rockets now since 2010. His first rocket launch was in november 2010. it was a simple water rocket which used water and air pressure as thrust. He now Launches medium powered rocket powered by black powder and composite fuels. Rhys is also a member of NSWRA ( new south wales rocketry association). They allow him to launch rockets and give him a place to work. They provide support and funding for his signature program project kookaburra.
