Ross Franklin has consistently built on the notable leadership and operational success he has achieved in the field of Health and Wellness Brand Management over the past decade. Mr. Franklin has created Pure Green, thepuregreen.com, a cold pressed juice and smoothie retail business that is expanding rapidly throughout New York City.

Mr Franklin is also the Founder of RF Consulting, a consulting firm dedicated to building brand equity and delivering results for high-end health clubs, spas and wellness brands.

Mr. Franklin has developed RF Consulting from his years working for the top brands in the East Coast health and fitness markets. With RF Health Club Consulting, Mr. Franklin has launched new and mature fitness brands with a solid track record of achieving extraordinary results ranging from reaching 2000 and 2500 new members respectively for Club Metro Fitness locations in Rutherford and Old Bridge New Jersey within 3 months of opening to taking The Club at Morristown, a 40,000 square foot fitness facility in the heart of Morristown from a $60k monthly operating loss to $30K profit pre-renovation within 5 months. Mr. Franklin has consulted in the build-out, design, capital raise, operations management, marketing and brand transformation of fitness and wellness brands for numerous other ventures.

Mr. Franklin’s experience has grown directly from leading operations in senior positions for four of the top players in the highly competitive New York health club market: Club H Fitness, Equinox Fitness, New York Sports Clubs, and Chelsea Piers as well as many health clubs, spas and healthy living brands throughout the East Coast.
