This is a list of mistakes I've made or things I regret doing.

First, I'd like to say: I exclude my first 5,000 edits.
I would say maybe 5% of them were constructive. I think I finally got a grasp on what Wikipedia is towards mid-July 2009.

Incidents

• March 2010

1. In the edit summary I wrote "this section is about Justin, not their relationship" thinking this was about Miley Cyrus, not a fake relationship.
2. I overwrote/uploaded the incorrect cover art for a single.

• February 2010

1. Typos [1] (corrections: [2][3])

• November 2009

1. I added {{flagicon}} to the infobox for New Moon (2009 film) for United States even though the vast majority of international release dates were also on November 20.
2. I updated a film's Rotten Tomatoes score as the votes came in [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] I should've waited for the voting to stop
3. I changed Gross US$... to Gross US$$...

• July 2009

1. At the help desk, I wrote "...not every single article requires references if they are not needed" I retracted that part two minutes later
2. I violated one of Meta's greatest guidelines with an admin

• November 23, 2009

I identified an edit as vandalism and removed it

I realized the edit was not vandalism and added it back, and cleaned it up not realizing the content was not encyclopedic

Some vandalism began to outbreak and was removed, yet my edit remained

A user posted a message on the talk page about the removal of the content and removed it

In the end, quite a bit of vandalism began to break out causing the page to receive a month of protection
