Imecom Group, Inc. Imecom Group, Inc. is a software company headquartered in Wolfeboro, NH USA with divisions in France, Spain, and South America. Imecom began be developing two types of software products - fax server software and image conversion software. Fax Server software facilitates inbound and outbound electronic fax communication. Image conversion software facilitates the conversion or rendering of electronic document and files into a variety of image formats, e.g. TIFF or PDF.
History
[edit]David F. Horton, a former executive with Honeywell, Prime Computers, and a variety of other technology companies, started Resource Partners, Inc. in 1989. While at Honeywell, David Horton collaborated with Michel Neopomatchsy, who later headed up Imecom S.A. in Paris, France. In 1991, Imecom S.A. acquired Resource Partners, Inc., resulting in the incorporation of Imecom Group, Inc. in New Hampshire.
