Hi!

I am Shailaja Krishnamurthy, a student of Economics at Symbiosis International University, Pune. I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in Economics. My areas of interest include Statistics and Mathematical Economics. After I graduate, I plan to pursue Statistical Analysis.

Apart from my academic interests, I am also passionate about music. I am a vocalist and I've learnt Indian Classical Music. I am an ardent lover of reading, writing and dancing as well.

Wikipedia is a site that I've gotten highly familiar with over the years due to the fact that it is an excellent source of acquiring knowledge. I now hope to do my bit by contributing to this ocean of information. I hope to have an excellent experience as a user in the Wikipedia community!
