Prior to Nova 401(k) Associates, Karen Smith founded a company named Qualified Content. Then it became Nova 401(k) Associates.

Russell Hooker joined as Head of Sales in 2006 leading Nova to an average year over year growth of 20%.

Nova is born

In 2009 Qualified Content becomes Nova 401(k) Associates.
