Rose Cherubini(Born July 25,1913) is an Italian-American bridal and gown designer from Massachusetts. Her parents, originally from Italy moved to Somerville Ma in (year). In the 1950's Rose opened up her first Bridal shop in Quincy MA named, Rose Cherubini Bridals, and once her following grew Rose moved her shop to Clarendon street, which she owned for 45 years. Cherubini contributed in multiple fashion shows around the Boston area, like L'Ecco club in Quincy, and one of her most well known spots was blinstrubs. Blinstrubs was a popular night club located at west broadway and D street in South Boston. The night club frequented famous voices like Frank Sinatra, Jimmy Durante, and Connie Francis whom sang during some of Rose's shows. Roses fashion shows and dresses, like her astronaut ball gown that was created for John Glenn's daughter and other hand made ball gown's and bridals were featured in local and national newspapers like, Life magazine, Boston Traveler, The Hellenic Chronicle, and A Quincy Creation.

 Rose soon moved her bridal shop to Clarendon Street and Newbury St in fashionable Back Bay to suit her now sophisticated clientele.  Rose’s understated and unique signature on each piece was a rose, hand embroidered, in a different place for each 

dress. Each one is indiviually placed with care. She further embellished each hand made garment with jewels, beads and sequins from NYC. Each formal dress had a coat to match and were made of the finest silks and brocades to name a few of the materials. One was 14 ct. gold.
