Emma Rebecca Crayfish Gillibottom ... Emma Rebecca Crayfish Gillibottom (born 21 April 1978), better known as 'Chupaflor', is a New Zealand writer. Born in Sydney, Australia to parents Bobby Wobby Bumpkins and Andy Gillibottom, Gillibottom grew up in Wellington, New Zealand where she trained in women's studies and journalism, before leaving university to pursue a career in writing. She has had success as a notable NZ writer, actress, journalist, socialite, linguist, gypsy and ornathologist.

Early life Gillibottom spent her formative years in Wellington, and moved to Wanganui and then Palmerston North for part of her primary and secondary schooling. The first child born to a generation of hippies and hipsters of the Wellington music scene, she was coveted and doted upon by a wide circle of her parents friends from an early age. Likewise, the first grandchild born to her family, she was surrounded by a loving group of aunts and uncles on both sides. The effect of this group of young adults on Gillibottom's life would be large, as she would later grow to include them among her closest friends and peers. At the age of nine her mother gave birth to Boris Billy Bob Borwick, and subsequently Gillibottom would aquire four younger half-sisters, Fifi Bumfluff (born 1988 to Andy Gillibottom and Ali Bumfluff), and Elephant, Meagre and Fanny Drumbum (born 1988, -91 and -93 respectively to Bobby Wobby Bumpkins and Maggot Drumbum). Henceforth Gillibottom's status as head of her Queendom was challenged, and she sought success elsewhere, in the form of her burgeoning career.
