A edit warring, an edit that is slightly garbled because English is not the editor's native language, style errors (such as not following MOS or mistyping wiki code) 2/3. Edit warring isn't even really considered to be anything approaching vandalism. It's definitely disruptive though.
3 What are obvious indicators of a vandalism edit while watching recent changes?
A None of these signs are definite proof, but things to watch for include big content removals shown by a bold red number (possible section blanking), IP edits, red linked user names, and automatic edit summaries saying "←Blanked the page" or "←Replaced content with" 2/4, though only the last one really hit the mark for me. Large content removals can be vandalism, but they can also be removal of BLP vios and copyright violations. I'll give this one to you though. IP's aren't necessarily vandals, and I'm no fan of the connotation. Blanking coupled with IP edit, maybe, but just looking at IP editors isn' really fair. As for redlinked usernames, many established users may not have a user page. To clarify, marks for answers 1 and 4.
4 How do you revert vandalism?
A Usually undo plus adding to edit summary that it's vandalism does the trick. Sometimes vandalism isn't noticed (or get's only partialy repaired) and later good faith edits complicate the picture. Then you might have to just edit to fix along with a detailed edit summary pointing to the initial vandalizing edit. Y Yep this works. Note of course the many automated tools you can use as well.

On rereading it I see that it wasn't worded very well so no surprise that you didn't understand it. They can give (or take away) the permissions associated with admins and bureaucrats. This ability applies to all the various wikis that are related to Wikipedia (in other words other projects of the foundation). They can also give oversight or checkuser permission. If a wiki lacks people with a particular permission a steward can step in and do the needed task. Y Correct.

What is oversight?
Answer - It's a way to hide a reverted edit from view. N Wrong, this answer is a little to far off the mark to be given partly correct. Oversight is a way to hide a previous revision from view, but that is view from everyone, the general public, admins, etc. It's also only used in extenuating circumstances, major copyvios, posted private and personal info about a user, and libelious content.
