Background

In 2001, with backgrounds in financial structuring, political science, NGOs, and law, Covalence SA (a reputation management specialist) was founded by six members. The Geneva based company developed a methodology for analyzing companies that includes both data by the company and information published about the company by other sources such as the media, NGOs, government bodies, etc. The founding shareholders include Ngenda Kigaraba, Antoine Mach, Marc Rochat, Jean-Felix Savary and Steven Street. The founders engaged in asset management defining innovative financial models comprising the designing of an investment fund structures redistributing management fees to international development projects.
