Chafford Hundred or simply Chafford is a large residential development and housing estate on the outskirts of Grays in Thurrock, Essex. Built as a suburban extension of Grays from the 1980s to the 2000s, it is X miles to the north-west of Grays town centre and is bordered by the communities of North Stifford to the north, South Stifford to the south, Stifford Clays to the east and the London, Tilbury and Southend line to the west.

Chafford Hundred is a residential development and housing estate in Thurrock, in the ceremonial county of Essex.

It is a suburban extension of the town of Grays and lies on its outskirts, to the north-west of the town centre.

The development was built on parts of the traditional civil parishes of Stifford and West Thurrock, with the border between these running from x x x x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
