Jesus Peña Garcia Jesus is a senior cybersecurity and blockchain expert and a recognized European entrepreneur. In October 2016 he joined Grant Thornton Luxembourg to launch and manage the Grant Thornton Technology HUB services, where Blockchain technologies and Development capabilities were been created. Prior to this experience, Jesus worked for the Centro Nacional de Inteligencia in Spain for 9 years developing electronics prototypes, satellite communications, and other projects related to Telcoms. He traveled to conflict areas such as Lebanon, Afganistan, Lybia or Iran several times and he worked as part of International Security Assistant Force (ISAF) of NATO. Jesus created in 2015 his own Dev&Adv company called Bitvalley. Bitvalley has developed a series of blockchain-based applications for customers in Identity Management, Digital Rights Management, International Commodities Bartering, Token Management, and recent development has been a European based project called IBISA.NETWORK founded by the European Satellite Agency in 2018 using blockchain and Earth Observation Satellite data for insurance farmers across the globe. Jesus worked mainly for Governments and Institutions like NATO or the Ministry of Defense and Homeland Security for the Spanish Government in Technical positions and project management roles. From 2015, Jesus is very active in the Luxembourg Fintech Ecosystem thanks to his own initiative and entrepreneurial mindset. He is a member of the Chambre de Commerce of Luxembourg, Infrachain Luxembourg, and IT Security Expert in ABBL Security and Trust working group and independent director of APLA Blockchain.
