Leeds is one of the largest cities in the UK, and the principal city in West Yorkshire. It has a football team called Leeds United. Leeds is very close to the famous (and very beautiful) Yorkshire Dales. It has undergone significant regeneration over the last 20 years, having originally developed as one of the major hubs of the Industrial Revolution.
